3. User Accounts

• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other Indian payment methods
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience temporary outages due to technical issues
• Suspend service for security or legal reasons
• Update or modify features as needed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechiGem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• You may export your content within 30 days
• We will delete your personal data according to our privacy policy
• Outstanding payments remain due

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
